Blueberry Festival

Due to COVID restrictions, this year’s event will be slightly different than in past years. To learn about the 2021 Blueberry Bazaar, please click here!

Started in 2009, the Blueberry Festival is held on the first Saturday in August. The Festival provides inter-generational fellowship for the Church and raises money to further its mission. It’s a fun-filled day for the entire community and the day begins with none other than a Blueberry Pancake Breakfast.  There are several booths with everything Blueberry: baked goods, smoothies and granola.

The children look forward to the ‘Pocket Lady’, where they can buy a chance to reach into a pocketed apron for a prize. There are also assorted games and activities; including  face painting, crafts, musical cakes, fishing game, etc.

The silent auction is very popular, with items such as furniture, paintings by local artists, gift certificates to local businesses, pottery and china, useful household items, etc. Please contact the Silent Auction Committee with donations or questions.

Musical entertainment is provided throughout the festival. Noah’s White Elephant sells used treasures and there are multiple vendors selling food and hand-made wares. If you would like more information about being a vendor at the festival, please contact us by email or call the Church Office at 374-2891.

Come join in the fun!  There’s something new every year.
